The Short Animated Stop Motion Film- AISH AARAM, prepared by 1st Semester students of B.Sc. Animation & Multimedia Programme, BIT Jaipur Campus

AISH AARAM

Aish Aaram is a cut out animation short film which is made by a webcam. This short movie is about the pseudo saints of the Indian society who are manipulating faith of their followers and miss guiding them in order to gratify their mean self-centered ghastly interests. Religious rituals have been an important part of Indian family life which helps our spiritual leaders to perform their evil practices.
Today almost every day, we are witnessing such fake saints who have the allegations like rape, molestation, forgery and many more and they have been set behind the bars. This movie also aims at the societal reform and trying to put forth the evil practices run by the pseudo saints in our society.

                                                                      FILM POSTER
Here, the protagonist is a pseudo saint who has many followers like any other saint in India. He is much more interested in the materialistic offerings instead of the worship of the almighty God. His acceptance of the offering doesn’t depend on the devotion of the devotee rather what is being offered is more important to him. His character is very much identical with the other sadhus found in our hypocrite society. With the course of action we come to know about his character and evil deeds. As per the design of God all the immoralities are destined to be punished, the same happens with the central character of this short movie. Because of his deed he is put behind the bars.
The movie has a genuine moral and aims at the societal reform. It shows how people are wronged and are exploited to satisfy the devilish desires of the rogues.  At the same time it also has humoristic appeal. All the characters have been designed and given dialogues to produce humor.
As a whole this movie replicates the vices of our society. Its animated characters not only produce humor rather it has revelation of the societal hypocrisy and immorality. This animated movie has a realistic approach.
